• Live session replays

• PDFs, playbooks, and worksheets
• Indicators, tools, and templates
• Written materials and community content
• Logos, branding, and program structure
You may NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• Share login credentials
• Record sessions without written permission
• Republish materials online or offline
• Use materials to create competing courses, mentorships, or products
• Use Market Method content for personal commercial gain
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
4. Membership Use & Access
Your membership provides a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Program for your
personal educational use only.
You may not share, transfer, or resell your membership access.
5. Community Conduct
Members must maintain a professional and respectful environment.
You agree not to:
• Harass, bully, or intimidate others• Disparage other members, staff, or the Company
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Disrupt live sessions or community discussions
We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior negatively impacts the community.
6. Non-Solicitation & Anti-Poaching
To protect the integrity of the community, members may not:
• Recruit students to other mentorships or paid groups
• Promote competing services inside the community
• Direct message members for outside business gain
• Use relationships formed inside Market Method for unrelated commercial purposes
Violation may result in immediate termination.
7. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all internal community discussions private.
You may not share:
• Screenshots of chats or member discussions
• Private session content
• Member trade results or personal information
8. Payments & Refund Policy
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Unless explicitly stated in writing:
• All payments are non-refundable
• Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds
• Payment plans must be completed regardless of participation level Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.
9. Program Changes
We reserve the right to:
• Modify course content
• Adjust live session schedules
• Update tools and resources
• Improve or change the structure of the Program. These updates are intended to enhance the learning experience.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program without refund if you:

• Engage in student poaching
• Share materials without permission
• Disrupt the community
• Fail to comply with these Terms
12. No Warranties

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Program.
